As a Planner, when you are setting up a Trip, you can now send test emails to yourself or your Team Members.
This allows you to see what the email will look like without having to create a test traveler.
Who can I send Tests to?
Only Team Members can receive tests. Co-planners and Trip Coordinators cannot be sent planner test emails with this feature.
What parts of the emails are dynamic?
You'll notice that we set some defaults, like "Instalment: Deposit" for payment confirmations, but those types of fields will be replaced with the ACTUAL instalment name when sent to your travel.
Same with "Traveler Name", that will be the actual name of the Traveler receiving the confirmation.
Which confirmation emails can I test?
At the moment this feature is only available for the PENDING EMAIL sent when a traveler selects a NO-FEE Payment.
We plan to add this button everywhere you can configure confirmation messages.
In general, you'll be able to send when you see a button like this:
