The Trip Notes & Activity Feed within your YouLi Trip allow you & your team to stay up-to-date on all of the different things that are going on within that specific trip.
Trip Notes are the items (or notes) that you want to leave for your team on that specific trip. They are manually inputted by anyone the Trip Owner has put on that team Trip.
The Activity Feed is YouLi updating you on both the things that your travelers & team members are doing on your Trip. This means any payments, automatic emails or any changes that you or a team member make on the trip are shown in the Activity Feed.
Note: The Trip Notes & Activity Feed are only viewable by the team members on your Trip.
The Trip Notes allow you to leave messages for everyone on your team. This is the space where you can update contact information or other trip details.
Find the Trip Notes in your Trip Activity Feed at the top of your left side menu.

Find your Activity Feed in your Trip at the top of your left side menu, right below the Trip Notes.
In your Activity Feed you get updates about:
- Changes in Invitee Status
- Registered Traveler Task Updates
- Payments, including Coupon Codes
- Any Automatic Messages that were sent
- Changes that any team member makes on the trip
Use this as a place to stay up to date on all of the things your travelers & what your team members are doing.
