YouLi Trips is optimized for groups of people traveling, especially for a shared purpose. In many cases each individual will be handling their own payments and tasks, like a group of solo travelers.
However, if you cater to couples, families or teams, then you need Invitation Groups.
What can they do?
When people are in the same Invitation Group, they can:
- Pay altogether from one invoice
- Respond to optional items together
- Complete each other's tasks
Only one member of the Invitation Group needs to have an email address set. This is especially useful for couples and families with children.
It is also ok if all members have an email provided, whoever clicks through on the notification to pay or complete the task will be allowed to do so.
Who can create an Invitation Group?
If you have the Extra Registrations feature enabled for your subscription, you'll be allowed to set the number of people that can be added to an Invitation Group created by your Travelers.

As a Trip Owner or Co-Planner you have complete control over who is in the group and you'll see this under Manage People.
